Bali Hai Organic Decaf

A competitor to our Honduran Copan Organic Decaf and rightfully so: a well orchestrated balance of buttery, nutty and fruity deliciousness. If you're lucky, you might also taste some nutmeg, vanilla and prunes. So hard to come by and fortunately we snatched the last batch of its season, it's the perfect wind-down beverage for those quiet weekend evenings or post-dinner relaxation sessions (yes you won't lose your sleep).

 

This bean introduces Swiss Water Process, a treasure non-chemical method in the decaf world that only uses water with heat to remove 99% of the caffeine content from coffee and has the least impact on original flavor. Balinese coffee is so rich and considered a premium gourmet (have you checked out Bali Blue Moon!) A delicate cup of Indonesian coffees, delivering a very mellow, yet full-tasting blend that's rumored to be our roaster's favorite for depth and approachable smoothness. There are muted, earthy, cocoa and marshmallow tones that can come out a bit more when adding some milk and sugar.
